Automatic SMT wiper paper rewinder is mainly used for rewinding of nonwoven fabrics, stencil wipe paper, dust-free paper, screen dust-free cleaning roll paper, and various film papers.

Machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC control system, 7 inch touch screen operation, stepping motor and stepping driver to control finished product rewinding and automatic labelling, simple operation and user friendly.

Features:

1. Unwinding roll adopts magnetic powder brake and controller to realize automatic tension, surface rewinding, independent drive of frequency conversion motor.

2. Automatic tension control, automatic rewinding, automatic unwinding, automatic glue spraying, automatic meter counting, automatic stop, automatic cutting, automatic labelling and automatic product delivery.

3. The length of the core can be adjusted manually, suitable for different length of cores.
