After-sales service
I. Installation & Training:
After the machine is finished for production, we will capture a testing video with trial production.
We offer free on-site training in our China plant for buyers, machine set up, operation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.
As per the buyer option, we can dispatch our technician to the buyer's location for an on-site commissioning or make a remote technicial support.
II. Warranty&Spare Parts
All our machines will be on warranty for 12month after the machine arrives at buyers' port.
For any faulty machine, we will DHL for the spare part to the buyer within 3 days arrives buyer factory.
The machine on spare parts delivery service for a lifetime. we only charge the cost of the parts.
