Automatic eye patch slicing packaging machine is a new type of eye patch production and packaging machine that has been optimized and redesigned multiple times. After the non-woven fabric roll and packaging film roll are loaded, the machine automatically completes the entire eye patch production process in one go: cutting, liquid addition, and bag making and packaging.

Features:

1. Color touch screen operation, 6-axis servo drive system; PLC intelligent control of the entire machine operation, ensuring stable machine operation.

2. Independent guide column mold frame and moving synchronous heat sealing system ensure more uniform and stable sealing surface temperature, tight sealing, and durability.

3. Modular heat sealing mechanism: Enables multi-specification bag making without changing molds.

4. Eye patch cutting and forming uses a circular roller cutting mold. By changing the roller cutting mold, different products can be produced, such as oval-shaped eye patches and comma-shaped eye patches.

Process Flow:

Two non-woven fabric rolls are fed into the machine → Roll cutting and forming → Liquid addition → Eye patch feeding into bags → Automatic bag making and sealing packaging → Finished product output
