Surgical Gloves Paper Lining Machine
Surgical gloves paper lining machine is suitable for paper packaging inside surgical gloves. It has replaced the traditional manual packaging of surgical gloves with intricate paper packaging. By setting the length of the inner village paper to a given degree, the process of automatically cutting and feeding paper, automatically conveying gloves, origami, folding and packaging gloves, etc. is completed.
It adopts a color touch screen operation interface with simple operation and a servo drive system; The PLC programmable controller intelligently controls the operation of the entire machine, with a compact structure and strong stability, making it an ideal machine for glove packaging.
1.Paper traction: The servo motor pulls the rubber roller to actively pull the paper, and every time the paper is moved back to its position, it begins to pull the paper.
2.Paper transfer: The paper transfer is completed by a servo motor driving a suction cup through a conveyor belt. Whenever the paper transfer returns to the original point and the paper feeding is also completed, the suction cup first sucks the paper, and then when the transfer sleeve motor returns, the paper is fed over.
3. Moving sleeve: It is driven by a servo motor through a belt, pulling two small cylinders to clamp the gloves and drag them back. After dragging to the appropriate position, the gloves are lowered and then retracted to the maximum position. After the folding is completed, the gloves are returned to the original position.
4. One fold: The first fold is when the servo motor pulls the belt, and then the synchronous wheel belt pulls the clamping net to clamp the glove paper in place. Then wait for the bag to clamp and fold before opening.
5. Pulling bag: Pulling bag is a servo motor that uses a belt to pull two small cylinders to pull a folded glove. Pull to the appropriate position and lower it, then return to the origin.
6. Second fold: The second fold is driven down by a servo motor through a ball screw to deliver the second bend plate to a suitable position and then stop. When the folding valve opens, the bending plate retracts, and then the folding motor returns to the original point.
7. Triple fold: Triple fold is also achieved by pulling a straight knife through a servo motor through a screw, and then sending the folded gloves down to the flat bag valve, before returning to the origin.
