Film production begins by pouring the stirred, degassed orally disintegrating film liquid into the film coating machine's hopper.

The machine controls the film thickness based on the liquid flow rate, which can be controlled on the touchscreen.

The film production speed, liquid flow rate, hot air circulation rate, current temperature, humidity, and blade axis position can all be adjusted on the screen.

The rolled orally disintegrating film is loaded onto the packaging machine's fixed shaft. The base release film is peeled off, and the film is slit longitudinally online to the desired product width, such as 20mm wide and 30mm long. The cut orally disintegrating film sheets measure 20 x 30mm. The sheets are then fed into the packaging film, which is then automatically bagged and sealed before being delivered.
