It has a high degree of automation, from the conveying of the substrate, peeling, plaster forming, directly into the packaging cut off continuous automatic work.It adopts frequency converter variable speed motor, which can adjust the speed within the allowable range according to the production situation. The scrap after hobbing forming can be collected automatically by the scrap collector. The machine has high production efficiency and low cost. It can be designed and processed individually according to the manufacturer's process, product characteristics and production volume.

PLASTER COATING MACHINE

The glue delivery system and the coating speed adopt an electronic synchronous control system to keep the glue amount synchronized with the host, and the glue amount is stable and reliable.The anti-sticking roller is made by ion spraying technology, which has a good anti-sticking effect.The machine adopts rewinding and unwinding magnetic powder tension control, and can be equipped with a constant tension control system.Coiling type: two unwinding, one rewinding, magnetic powder tension control, pneumatic shaft expansion, automatic deviation correction.The maximum sol volume of the glue tank: 200KG.
