High Speed Rewinding Machine

High speed rewinding machine is our 2018 new model for very high speed rewinding production of food cling wrap film.It is working for both PVC/PE cling film and PE food stretch wrap film.

High speed rewinding machine is designed for 5 turrets changing for paper core.It can improve the production 30% higher than the previous model.

It is with non-stop rewinding when changing the paper core.At the production,it can easily making 12-14 rolls per minute for consumer roll length set at 20-30meters.

This model is with option for perforation line device,it can make the tearing off for the film easily from the roll withour a plastic blade cutter.

With the most smart device program in this machine,it only requires one operator for loading paper core,and collecting the ready products from the convery to pack into box.
