Single shaft silicon paper rewinder is mainly used to rewind large-width and large-diameter raw material rolls (parent rolls) into small rolls (sub-rolls) of specific length (meters) according to customer requirements.
One unwinding (large roll of raw materials) and one rewinding (small roll of finished products) work at the same time.
Machine structure is relatively simple and the operation is direct. It is suitable for small and medium-sized batch production.

Features:
1. The rewinding uses a silicon roller, which can effectively prevent the coating of the silicone paper from adhering to the surface of the roller, avoiding the coating from being peeled off or destroying the release force.
2. The machine is equipped with an inflatable shaft to fix the unwinding of the mother roll of silicon paper.
3. Metering device: accurately measure the winding length and automatically stop when the set length is reached.
4. Unwinding mechanism: After the winding is completed, lightly step on the pedal to unload the finished roll.
5. Applicable materials: silicon paper, parchment paper, wax paper, hamburger paper, edible kraft paper, etc.
