Strecth film slitter rewinder(auto slitting) is our latest model to slit of stretch film,cling film,rolling film,wrapping film etc.

Machine is equipped with two independent rewinding stations, which can work alternately to achieve continuous production, reduce downtime for reel change, and improve efficiency.

Features:

1.Slitting mode: Through the straight knife slitting system, the mother roll is slit into multiple narrow rolls according to the preset width.

2. Rewinding mode: Each station is equipped with an independent rewinding shaft, which is rewound through the air shaft to ensure uniform rewinding tightness and neat end faces.

3. Automatic reel change: When one roll is finished, it will automatically switch to another station. The heating wire automatically cut the film, electrostatically adsorbs the film, and automatic push out product roll in the same time.

4. Electrostatic adsorption system: During the slitting and rewinding , the friction between stretch film,cutting blade and guide roller is easy to generate static electricity, resulting in dust adsorption on the film surface, adhesion between film layers, or rewinding dislocation. The electrostatic adsorption system applies a controllable electrostatic field to the film through an electrostatic generator before rewinding, so that the wrapping film fits the core smoothly to avoid wrinkles and bubbles.
