Its advantage is the ability to achieve precise and independent control of tension and position, fundamentally solving the pain points of older machines such as poor precision, easy wrinkling, and uneven winding during high-speed production.
Compared to traditional magnetic powder clutches or single-motor solutions, the advantages of the double servo system are specifically reflected in the following aspects:
