1 Determine the type and function of the mold to be used according to the plan for which aluminum foil plate mold is produced.
2 Know the stamping process rules and requirements of each process to be commissioned.
3 Check the size of the mold to be installed and whether the molding can meet the specifications of the aluminum foil plate.
4 Perform a detailed inspection of the mold used to see if there are any defects or loose parts, and precautions.
5 According to the process requirements and mold characteristics, use the machine tool reasonably, and check whether the components are working properly. The mold should be installed in a horizontal position!
6 Before installing the aluminum foil tray mold, wipe the machine table and the upper and lower surfaces of the mold clean. Do not use paper or iron pins.
7 Adjusting the upper and lower parts of the die for the stamping joint requires the horn to be placed under the mold under the mold;
8 The mold platen horn must be higher than the part pressed by the mold. When locking the mother-in-law, it should be diagonally locked at the same time. It is not possible to lock the other side and lock the other side.
9 When adjusting the mold, the distance between the upper and lower parts of the mold should be pulled up enough, and then gradually adjusted to fit to avoid damaging the mold.
10 After the mold is installed, the stroke depth should be adjusted step by step.
11 After the die is adjusted, put the aluminum foil paper on the switch and test the stamping.
