Pay attention to the following points when using the aluminium foil tray mold:
1. Check if the mold shank on the aluminum foil tray mold is tight and the screws are loose.
2. Lubricate the guide column and add a clean, high viscosity lubricant such as 50# mechanical oil. When the mold is in use, the guide column should be refueled once every certain time.
3. When the aluminum foil tray mold is hoisted, the static and dynamic mold connection fastening plates must be connected reliably.
4. If the mold shank plane is not in close contact with the bottom plane of the slider, cracks are easily generated. If there is a crack, please replace the mold shank.
5. When debugging the aluminum foil tray mold, the mold should be opened and closed 2-3 times. After confirming the error, the mold can be officially debugged. When adjusting the top distance, it should be gradually increased from small to large, and finally meet the requirements.
