The reasons for these failures may be:
1. Color mark tracking is not turned on, the film color mark is too light or the film is slippery.
2. The packaging speed is too fast, the height of the knife holder needs to be adjusted, and the cutter is not synchronized.
3 The temperature is too high, or the outer layer of the film has poor heat resistance.
4. The temperature is too low, and the inner layer of the package has poor heat sealability.
5. The thermocouple is damaged or the relay is burned out.
