Automatic Filling Machine Cleaning Requirements

When cleaning the filling machine, make sure the piston seal is secure. Turn on the machine and let the machine circulate until it is clean. This cleaning is relatively simple and can be used when the requirements are not high. In the case of high requirements, all parts in contact with the material should be thoroughly cleaned, including the tank, piston, piston seal, three-way valve, filling head, feed tube, discharge tube and so on. When cleaning all seals, include the seal of the piston, the flat seal of the valve, and replace the broken and damaged seal.
