From the perspective of quantitative principle, powder packaging machine mainly has two modes: volumetric type and weighing type.
(1) Volumetric type
Volumetric quantitative filling is realized by controlling the volume of the filled material. Screw quantitative filling machine belongs to the category of volumetric quantitative filling. Its advantages are simple structure, no weighing device, low cost and high filling efficiency. Volumetric filling is mainly applicable to material particles with uniform size, stable bulk density and good self mobility.
(2) Weighing type
The weighing type quantitative filling ensures the filling accuracy by controlling the weight of the filled material. The filling objects are mainly materials with uneven particle size, unstable bulk density and relatively high price.
