Many customers encounter various problems when using the fully automatic non-woven folding machine. They don't know how to solve it, which brings great resistance to the work.
First, the machine has no power (the display operation screen has no power)
There are generally two reasons. First, there may be a problem with the power cord. Use the test pencil to check out the power cord. If it is broken, change it. Second, it may be that the fuse on the power switch burns out, and the fuse wire is directly replaced.
Second, the machine does not run, the operation alarm display
In one case, the emergency stop button is turned on, as long as the emergency stop button is reset. In the other case, the safety cover is opened. Just close the safety cover.
Third, the machine operation, operation screen alarm display
Usually caused by motor overload. Check the air switch and the inverter, and troubleshoot and reset the fault.
Fourth, the cross-folding part has blockage
Check if the fabric is blocked in the cross-folded part, remove and reset.
Five, photoelectric switch failure
Check that the position of each photoelectric switch is correct or damaged, adjust or replace.
