a. Adjust the height of the electric eye to detect the position of the bottle neck.
b. Adjust the distance between the electric eye and the bottle to get the maximum sensitivity. For example, after the bottle is moved over the electric eye, the electric light of the electric eye is bright.
c. Positioning electric eye adjustment: transport the first bottle to the positioning claw and block the bottle, then take a bottle to the right of the positioning claw, align the positioning electric eye to the bottle neck, and debug the position of the electric eye and the bottle. Fix the positioning electric eye afterwards.
d. Displacement electric eye adjustment: 2 bottles are transported to the positioning claws in turn and block the bottle. At this time, the blocking claws are also extended, and then the third bottle is transported to the blocking claws, and the resistance sensing head is adjusted to the first The position of the gap between the 2nd and the 3th bottle is aligned with the bottleneck position of the bottle, and the position of the resistance electric eye is found to be fixed.
e. The order of the machine after the position of the electric eye is correct: multiple bottles can be put into the test machine. After the first two bottles reach the positioning claw, the filling head is lowered to the bottle mouth to start filling, and the blocking claw sticks out to block the third bottle. After filling, the filling head is lifted up, the positioning claw is retracted, the first two bottles are retracted by the positioning sensor head, and the back three claws are retracted, and the rear three bottles are passed, and the positioning claws are extended and blocked, and the filling head starts to fall. Filling, the machine will work in repeat order.
