When performing a peel test on the sealing part, sometimes half of the sealing is firm and the other half is separated. The sealing quality of such packaging bags is unqualified. This situation often occurs when the composite lining is OPP or PE.
There are two main reasons for this kind of improper sealing failure.
(1) The pressure of the heat-sealing roller is uneven, and the heat-sealing temperature needs to be adjusted.
(2) The surface of the heat sealing roller is not flat enough.
