For large-scale production of liquid products, quantitative filling is currently commonly used, and quantitative methods are important during liquid production.
1. The method of measuring cups. This type of method first injects the liquid into a quantitative cup, and then injects it into a bottle. This method is more accurate in quantitative analysis, but it is not suitable for materials with high viscosity, and is commonly used for filling products with lower viscosity such as alcohol.
2. Method of controlling liquid level height. The volume of the filled material is equal to the volume inside the bottle, and the filling amount is determined by the volume of the bottle. This method is not only simple and easy to operate, but also does not require the assistance of other equipment. However, due to the significant impact of the volumetric accuracy inside the bottle on the filling accuracy, the measurement accuracy is low.
3. Quantitative pump quantitative method. Use power to control the movement of the piston, then suck the material from the storage cylinder into the piston cylinder, and then inject it into the container through pressure.
The sampling tube filling machine has precise measurement and fast production speed.
