The process of opening the carton mechanism, the vacuum cup sucks the carton out of the carton holder and then slightly opens the carton at the stopper, then transfers the carton to the conveyor belt, and the carton is fully opened by the baffle on the conveyor belt.
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: The suction cup is paused in the suction tray for a period of time (this is the time of the suction tray), and the tray is sucked out of the tray.
Step 2: Control the movement of the suction cup in the direction of the center of rotation so that the carton is slightly opened under the action of the stopper (at this time, since the flattened carton may stick together, slightly opening the carton is advantageous for the third step).
The third step: control the suction cup to move in the direction of the center of rotation, ensure that the paper box can be caught between the baffle and the conveyor chain, and design the distance of the suction cup to the center of rotation to ensure that the speed of the paper box in the horizontal direction matches the speed of the conveyor belt. This ensures that the carton opens smoothly when the bezel is moved to the horizontal position.
Step 4: The suction cup releases the paper tray and starts another cycle.
