The paper feeding system of single color offset press refers to the system that continuously and accurately transfers a single sheet of paper to the printing device. The paper feeding system mainly includes two components: paper separation and conveying device and registration device.
The specific requirements for the paper feeding structure of a monochrome offset press are as follows:
(1) It should be ensured that different specifications, thicknesses, and quantities of paper are reliably, accurately, and periodically separated from the stack of paper on the stacking table, and transported to the regular mechanism of the monochrome offset press.
(2) During the paper transfer process, do not damage the paper surface, do not scratch or dirty the printed graphics and text, and do not damage the edges of the paper.
(3) During the transportation process of monochrome offset printing machines, it is possible to supplement or replace paper piles to ensure long-term continuous printing.
(4) The detection chain device of monochrome offset printing machine should be sensitive and reliable to ensure timely stopping of paper feeding or printing failure.
