But with regard to suspended cutting, its flaw is the inconvenience of knife comparison.
Suspended slitting means that when the material passes between the two rollers, the razor falls to cut the material longitudinally. At this moment, the material is in a relatively unstable condition, so the cutting accuracy is slightly worse than that of the die cutting, but this cutting method Convenient knife setting and convenient operation.
Flat cutter slitting is mainly suitable for slitting very thin plastic films and composite films.
