The flat cutter is mainly suitable for slitting thin plastic films and composite films. Round knife slitting
Circular knife slitting can be divided into tangential slitting and non-tangential slitting.
The tangential slitting is the cutting of the data from the tangential direction of the upper and lower disc knives. This sorting and aligning knife is convenient. The upper disc knives and the lower disc knives can be directly adjusted according to the slitting width. The shortcoming is that the data is very simple to appear drifting at the cut, so the accuracy is not high, and now usually not necessary.
The non-tangential slitting is that the data and the lower disc cutter have a certain wrap angle, and the lower disc cutter falls to cut the data. This slitting method can make the data less prone to drift and high cutting precision. However, the adjustment of the knife is not very convenient. When the lower disc cutter is installed, the entire shaft must be removed. The round knife is suitable for slitting and contrasting thick composite films and paper sheets.
Extrusion slitting is rare in domestic slitting machines. It is mainly composed of a pneumatic knife that is synchronized with the data speed and has a certain angle of the bottom roller and convenient adjustment. This slitting method can cut and contrast thinly. The plastic film can also be cut into thick paper, non-woven fabric, etc. It is a convenient and convenient cutting method. It is a development direction of the slitting machine cutting method.
