The cause and solution of the non-woven folding machine:
cause of issue:
1, the machine air source pressure is too low
2, the trachea is cut, flattened or disconnected
3. The supply air source capacity is too small
4, the limit switch is not adjusted
Solution:
1. Increase the intake pressure to 6-7kgf/mm
2, repair or connect the trachea
3. Increase the intake pipe or increase the capacity of the gas cylinder of the factory.
4. Check the adjustment of the tilt switch to the limit switch and the lock hook to the limit switch.
