2ply thermal paper NCR paper slitter rewinder adopts surface rewinding system, PLC and touch screen,automatic control system for accurate slitting of all kinds of paper roll less than 250gsm. 

It is mainly suitable for slitting all kinds of FAX PAPER, CASH REGISTER, COMPUTER BILL, MEDICAL RECORD PAPER,POS PRINTING PAPER,ATM REEL PAPER, film and self adhesive paper etc. 

It adopts the surface rewinding way, automatic replicate, insert reel. The electric part adopt the most advanced PLC controller.

1.Two jumbo roll loading,suit for all kinds of NCR paper slitting.

2.76mm(3inch) inflatable shaft which can be pneumatically locked or released

3.Automatic loading material (motor driven chain lifts up / down)

4.Two sets load cell sensor feeds back web tension to tension controller

5.Proactive lower circular knife in groove roll & slave upper circular knife

6.Spacer for changing slitting width

7.Red-line marking at the end of paper roll

8.Automatic edge trim removal system, waste is processed by air blower through expulsion tube

9.Rewinding tension control (manual cluth),automatic stop after slitting preset length
