This is especially true for gravure, embossing, and flexo printing. The general printing company maintains the printing machine once a week, including the maintenance of the printing roller. There are several ways to maintain the printing roller:
1. For the protection of the surface of the printing rubber roller, it should be wrapped in newsprint and placed in a dark place;
2. Remove the rubber roller during the holiday break to prevent deformation under pressure;
3. After the production operation is completed every day, the rubber roller should be carefully cleaned and washed twice;
4. Cleaning the printing roller must use the specified chemical, such as industrial alcohol, and must not use corrosive solvents.
