The daily maintenance measures for the 3 side sealing packaging machine are as follows:
1. Remove any debris or debris from the machine once a week;
2. Add appropriate lubricating oil to all cam surfaces and the connecting shaft cores of the upper extension once a week;
3. Do not add too much fuel each time to avoid malfunction of the microswitch due to oil immersion;
4. Clean, maintain and lubricate the upper sliding plate, middle knife, and front top knife once a month;
5. Replenish the oil in the gearbox of the gearbox once a year;
6. Attention should be paid to several parts that cannot be refueled: the feeding and returning belt rollers, all belts, slip plates and surrounding areas, and electromagnetic clutches.
