The hardware system of the paper sheeting machine mainly has the following aspects
(1) Traction servo system adopts speed control mode
(2) The cutter servo system adopts the position control mode, and the traction servo system adopts the cascade control mode, that is, the cutter servo system follows the traction servo system. This control method can accurately synchronize the speeds of the two systems.
(3) The human-machine interface is a workstation designed for the application of PLC. It has the ability to connect to various brands of PLC and to display the status and data of PLC internal contacts in synchronization with text and graphics. It is an interactive workstation. Equipped with LCD touch screen, communication interface, intelligent operation panel, print interface and so on. It replaces the traditional key control system and terminal display system, which saves the PLC's I/O modules, pointing devices, and displays the required information in real time.
