1. During the operation of the rewinder, if there is a problem with the lateral swing of the cutter, it will cause size problems, such as the difference between the lateral swing and the outer diameter, which is not good, because the lateral swing value cannot be zero. Usually, the lateral swing value of its load is about 0.03-0.05mm. The reason is the accuracy error of thickness, inner diameter, spacer sleeve width, etc., and the warping caused by lateral stress when the thick plate is sheared.
2. During the production of the rewinder, due to the problem of lateral warping of the steel plate, the width dimension is not good. This is because the sheared product in the transverse warpage state is measured to be larger than the set value.
3. Due to the production and operation of the equipment, there are corresponding matching errors in the spacer sleeves. When the number of cutting tools is large, the cumulative error becomes larger, which is due to poor tolerance setting. It should be known that the width of the product cut by the rewinder is always slightly lower than the side dimension of the product. Therefore, it needs to be considered when confirming the size of the spacer sleeve when the knife is equipped on the product side.
