Solutions: If the knife holder is not cleaned for a long time, dirt is deposited in the gap between the knife holder and the blade, the heating is uneven or the dirt exceeds the thickness of the film: the knife holder heats up, and the dirt can be cleaned with a steel brush.
2. Dislocation of cutting position: The knife holder cuts to the packaging material
Solution: Change the bag length with different materials: Set the bag length in the system, press the jog, and when the material is close to the knife seat, observe where the cutter cuts the material, then adjust the material position screw and repeat debugging 2-3 times.
