The cause of the failure of the heat shrinkable packaging machine hot air motor does not turn or the wind is noisy and the solution:
(1) The 16VDC power supply connection line of the conveying motor is in poor contact, find out the fastening
(2) Carbon brush wear inside the hot air motor, replace the carbon brush
(3) Loose installation of the fan blades and motor shaft in the furnace, re-tightening the blades
(4) The hot air motor is burned and replaced with the same type of hot air motor.
