The operation process of the heat shrink packaging machine is as follows:
1 Turn on the power correctly, close the main power switch
2 The hot display is set at about 5-6, and the lower heat display is set at around 7-8.
3 temperature display is set at around 135-150 degrees
4 Turn on the hot air blower switch and the hot air indicator light is on.
5 Turn on the conveyor switch and adjust the conveyor button to control the running speed of the conveyor belt as needed.
6 When the temperature is reached, the packaged product with the shrink film can be placed at the entrance of the machine conveyor belt for shrink packaging.
7 In the actual situation, if there are too many wrinkles after shrinkage, the conveying speed can be lowered or the heating temperature can be increased. Conversely, if there is a hole, which is called a shrinkage phenomenon, the temperature can be lowered to increase the conveying speed.
