1. When placed in shrink packaging machine,should be placed horizontally,otherwise
it is easy to appear the phenomenon affects the stability of the conveyor belt
devication.
2. Each machine with a connecting power cable,the terminal identification symbol
header lead part with power,it will must be connectied properly,can lead to wrong
bobble burned internal electrical components.
3. The power distribution box has a dedicated grounding screw,once using must use
more than 4 square meters of wire firmly grounded.
4. Continuous use of the machine for more than three months,the furnace temperature
and heating pipe joints should be checked ,according to the degree of
aging,discretionary replacement.
5. When the machine is woking,the operator ‘s palm and other parts are not allowed
to contact with the running parts of machine,especially in the contraction furnace
temperature very high,very easy to burn
6. After the end of the packaging work,first we should turn off the heating switch,so
that the motor and fan motor and fan motor to continue to run for about 10
minutes ,then cut off total power.
7. Pay attehtion to shrink room temperature should be controlled at 230 degrees
celsius,if over temperature operation,will lead premature aging circuit,electrical
components life decrease.
8. All this wheel on the machine is cleaned and lubricated every week.
9. All the fixing screws on the machine need to be checked regularly. Once the screws
are found to be loose, they must be tightened immediately.
