The production process of stretch film mainly includes the following key steps:
1. Raw material selection: The wrapping film is mainly made of LLDPE low-density polyethylene and extruded by adding appropriate additives.
2. Preparation: First, mix LLDPE resin with other additives evenly, and then put it into a dedicated high-speed mixer for mixing. After mixing, put the mixed raw materials into the extruder for extrusion.
3. Extrusion: The extrusion process is one of the key steps in manufacturing winding films, where the prepared raw materials are heated and melted in the extruder. Subsequently, a certain shape of fluid volume is extruded through an extrusion head and cooled through a mold.
4. Stretching: The stretching stage is a step used to enhance the mechanical and physical properties of the wrapping film. When stretching, the extruded wrapping film is horizontally and vertically stretched by a stretching machine, resulting in a longitudinal and transverse arrangement of the wrapping film, thereby enhancing its strength.
The stretch film rewinding machine is used to rewind the extruded and stretched jumbo rolls into small rolls, which is convenient for daily use.
