The maintenance of liquid packaging machine is as follows:
1. When the equipment is out of use, rinse the residual liquid in the pipeline with clean water in time, and wipe the machine clean in time to keep it dry and tidy.
2. Regularly check the lubrication status of each moving part in each shift, and add lubricating oil regularly, otherwise it will cause abnormal work and seriously affect the service life of the machine.
3. Regularly inspect each shift, clean up the foreign matter on the heat seal, and no scaling is allowed, otherwise it will cause abnormal heat sealing and shearing.
4. Turn off the power immediately when there is an abnormal situation, and restart the machine after removing the problem.
5. When the temperature is below 0°C in winter, hot water must be used to melt the ice in the quantitative pump and the pipeline, otherwise the connecting rod will be broken, or the machine will not be able to start.
