The filling volume of the bottle filling machine is unstable, which is generally caused by dripping liquid or bubbles. The main reasons for the dropping and air bubbles are as follows:
1. When the pump is installed, the pump body and the pump rod are mixed, the gap of the pump is not matched, the pump rod is easily worn, the airtightness is poor, and air bubbles appear during the filling process.
2. The installation position of the liquid storage tank, the liquid separator, the ceramic pump and the needle holder, the installation position of the buffer tank is too large with respect to the installation position of the ceramic pump, and the pressure of the ceramic pump is too large.
3. The joints of the silicone tube and the liquid separator and the ceramic pump are not tightened.
4. The connection between the ceramic pump and the rotary valve is excessively shaken or the verticality of the pump is caused, resulting in dripping;
5.The filling speed is too fast, resulting in excessive pressure on the silicone tube, resulting in dripping.
