Common faults in stretch film slitter rewinder are as follows:
1. Vertical stripes
Longitudinal stripes refer to the circumferential rib-like stripes formed on the surface of the film roll.
2. Split level
It refers to the phenomenon that a part of the film is misaligned on the end surface of the film roll, which is caused by the sliding of the film or the change of the film width during the winding process.
3. Warped edge
The warping occurs at the edge of the film rewinding, and the thicker film edge is wound and superimposed to cause the edge to be warped.
4. violent tendons
Ribs are obvious protrusions formed on the surface of the film roll due to the accumulation of film thickness tolerances.
5. Insufficient length, excessive width deviation
This is caused by incorrect winding counts, insufficient length of the slit film, and incorrect positioning of the equipment.
6. There are dust or even small flying insects and other foreign objects in the film roll
During the slitting process, the film needs to be reopened and then rewinded, which creates conditions for the entry of foreign objects.
