The main reasons for the stuck aluminum foil paper during aluminium foil tray mold punching and the corresponding countermeasures are as follows:
1) The feeder is not properly adjusted for the loosening of the feed material, and needs to be re-adjusted;
2) The variation of the feed distance during production requires adjustment of the feed distance of the feeder;
3) Feeding Machine failure, need to be adjusted and repaired;
4) The material is curved, the width is out of tolerance, when the burr is large, the material should be replaced to control the feed quality;
5) The aluminium foil tray mold is abnormally stamped, causing the boring to bend and eliminate the boring of the belt;
6) Insufficient guide hole diameter, upper mold pull material, grinding guide hole;
7) Bending or tearing position is not smooth, adjust the spring force of the stripping spring.
