Turnover basket cleaning machine is designed for washing of turnover basket,crates, boxes, and trays of various sizes and materials.
The whole machine structure is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring a long service life and compliance with hygiene standards.

Production Process:
The process involves multiple washing stages: hot alkaline water, hot water, and a final fresh water rinse. Turnover basket are conveyed into the machine via a stainless steel chain and pass through several stages-including heated alkaline water, high-pressure hot water, ambient-temperature tap water, disinfectant, and ambient-temperature air-knife drying-to ensure thorough cleaning, sterilization, and drying.
